Does it seem like the world around us has started to spin faster?
In today’s world it is hard to slow down long enough to create time for yourself. With work, kids, meetings, laundry, (I think you get it), your to-do list can feel like it is never-ending, and continuously growing by the minute, leaving you feeling stressed and frustrated.
In order to work in your Genius zone and stay focused so that you can live the life you want, you will need to take back your life and create meaningful time and space for YOU! As women, we have maternal instincts that tell us that we need to take care of everyone and everything around us. We are naturally nurturing beings. But, this instinct can sometimes take over and leave us having neglected our ourselves. In reality, if you spend just a little time focusing on yourself, you will be re-energized, focused, and able to take on life and all of the crazy, awesome challenges it brings.
How you ask?
When you run from problem to problem without time to refocus your mind and create energy, you tend to get burnt out, tired, and stressed which in turn will make you less efficient. Finding ways to refocus your mind and create energy will rejuvenate you so that you can handle life with grace. There are many ways to rejuvenate and below are a few of my favorite:
